A: The web site migration service that our company is offering is free of charge (to a certain extent). We’ll migrate your site(s) to our cutting–edge cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing web hosting providers can result in lost info and undesired network downtime. This is why we will perform all that for you for free!We have skillful administrators whose principal job is to ensure that your site performs precisely as it did on your previous hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in transferring custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based on popular apps such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we cannot give you an exact time frame, because there are plenty of variables, including the size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our very best to migrate your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (in case the content is not very large).

A: We don’t gather any personal details. We’ll require, however, the login info for your current hosting account as well as the name of the website that you wish to move.

A: In order for us to begin the migration of your account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share virtually the same information you have given to your present web hosting provider. We also have an extremely rigid Privacy Policy, which describes how sensitive data is tackled.

A: While we transfer your web site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your old web hosting provider. As soon as the migration is over, we’ll make certain that everything is working correctly and that the integrity of your data is not compromised before telling you that the transfer is completed. Then we’ll tell you how to move the domain to your hosting account with us and how to change your DNS records.

A: While we transfer your content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We won’t contact them in any way.

A: Yup. We support all common Linux–powered hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–powered hosting platforms, as we do not provide Windows hosting solutions ourselves.Additionally, we do not support proprietary site creation and management user interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
